Recent changes at P.P.Property

There have been a number of changes at P.P.Property over the last few months, we have taken on new partners which has enabled us to put even more bargain properties into the marketplace.

We have also started to syndicate our portfolio to a number of property portals. At the moment we are up to seventeen and still climbing.

We have become the Central Portugal regional partners for Rightmove giving us huge exposure to the UK overseas property market.

We are actively looking to recruit more agents around Portugal, especially on the Silver Coast, Lisbon and the Algarve. Once we have quality agents in place and a decent portfolio it is our intention to open more branches in these areas.

Although it is difficult to predict the future, we at P.P.Property are expecting a significant improvement to the Portugal Property market in the next twelve months after an extremely challenging 2011.

We are basing this forecast on recent data suggesting that there is an increase in buyers, especially investment property prospectors and indications that property prices in Portugal may well be leveling out. The final piece of the puzzle is that the direction of sterling looks positive for prospective UK buyers.
