We only advertise for other Licensed estate agents to ensure that any purchase you make will be dealt with in a safe secure manner and that you are covered legally under the umbrella of INCI and APEMIP.
The company has a blend of English and Portuguese staff and also boast language skills in German and French.Our head office is based in Alvaiazere which is a small market town 20 minutes north of Tomar and 50 minutes south of Coimbra. We also have an office in Venda Nova near Tomar.
Sarah Keogh is the Managing Director and is one of the very few British licensed mediators in the area.
