Salgados 18 hole course is very testing with a par of 72 and many water features and is located between Albufeira and Armacao de Pera.
Alto 18 hole course is not for the faint hearted Sir Henry Cotton designed the course and is really for the advanced golfer with all the features normally associated with pro golf such as dog legs, bunkers and lots of shrub to lose your golf balls in. It also has a par of 72.
Real estate on or around any of these golf courses is obviously at a premium but property in the Algarve can be found to suit the majority of budgets for investors looking to purchase in such a popular destination with a certain class of client.
