The property is located just outside the quaint market town of Cabacos which has many small shops and café bars, a couple of banks and even a small gym if you’re feeling energetic, plus there is a supermarket close by.

The larger town of Alvaiazére with it’s own public swimming pool is just a ten minute car drive away. Our part of central Portugal boasts numerous secluded river beaches and a couple of lakes where you can swim, fish, sail or just soak up the sun, all within about 20km.

There are many interesting places for sightseeing too, including the famous Fatima and the ancient Templar castle at Tomar.
