Three bedroom house sleeps 6 to 7 persons, five minutes drive from the small city of Cantenhede and also the river beach of Olhos De Fervenca for sunbathing and cool swimming. The nearby beach of Praia Tocha has spectacular golden sand dunes. The larger of the bedrooms has a king size bed and French windows, the second a twin bed, and third with twin/twin bed and a pull out bed so that 3 children could be accommodated in this room There is an upstairs bathroom with bath with shower. There is a sofa bed in the large hall on the first floor that could also sleep a further two persons this can be moved into the lounge if required. Upstairs kitchen equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine is provided in the utility room on the ground floor. A newly installed shower room and toilet on the ground floor of the building with easy access to the back courtyard and garden. In the living room a DVD player linked to television with a selection of over 300 films to choose from also a CD player with over 200 CDs for all musical tastes, there is a selection of over 200 books for adults and children that should account for every taste. For year round comfort the house has fans and plenty of shade to provide a cool retreat in summer. The powerful wood-burning fire in the sitting room has a modern flue system designed to heat the whole house in the cooler months. Huge outside covered dining area with a comfortable space that easily seats even the largest of families. This leads directly onto a patio for sunbathing, relaxing or playing the area is perfect for dining al fresco outside if the weather is not too bright or under cover during the midday summer heat. For older children and adults we have a six foot Pool Table, a full size Table Tennis Table all enclosed under cover. Rates. Rather than charge for the whole property we have decided to be as family-friendly and friend-friendly, as possible, by making the following charges per person, with a maximum charge for the property for each period: November-February inclusive: 75 pounds per person per week. Maximum of 250 pounds per week March-April inclusive and September-October inclusive: 85 pounds per person per week. Maximum of 300 pounds per week. May-August inclusive:100 pounds per person per week. Maximum of 400 pounds per week. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are all provided.
